After the suspension of Harmanpreet Kaur for Bangladesh Bust Up, BCCI secretary Jay Shah announces Laxman's and Roger Binny's intervention

On Tuesday, three days after the end of the ODI series in Dhaka, the ICC gave India women's cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur a two-match suspension for breaching the code of conduct on two different occasions during the series decider match on Saturday at the Sher-e-Bangla stadium. During the delay in releasing a statement on the incident by the ICC, many Indian cricketers called for strict action against Harmanpreet Kaur from the BCCI. The Secretary of BCCI, Jay Shah, finally broke his silence about the incident.
On Friday, during a media conference, Shah opened up about the stance of the BCCI on the incident in Dhaka, saying that the board is not going to appeal for any revocation or relaxation of Harmanpreet's ban given that the time for appeal is over.
He also revealed that president of the BCCI Roger Binny and NCA head VVS Laxman, the two legends of the sport, are going to coach the temperamental Harmanpreet within the next few days as per board directive.
Because of the two-match suspension, Harmanpreet will sit out of the quarterfinal and semifinal matches at the 2023 Asian Games.
