The England cricket team is going to face Australia in the fourth Test match at Manchester on Wednesday, July 19. England will come into the fourth Test match with the aim of keeping the series alive, as they are 1-2 down after three Test matches and must win the final two to stage an epic comeback victory.
Ben Stokes-led England made just one change in the line-up. The side brought back James Anderson in place of Ollie Robinson, who got a back spasm on Day 1 of the previous Test match at Leeds. Speaking about the pacer, Moeen Ai said that England were a better team with Anderson on it.
Ali said while speaking in the pre-match press conference ahead of the fourth Test match, "James Anderson is the best bowler we have. I actually thought that in the matches he played in, he bowled really well. He has been a bit unfortunate with catches, and there is no doubt that England are a better team with James Anderson in it."
He further said that "Jimmy Anderson is the best bowler that England have ever had. Seeing that this could probably be his last Test match at his home ground, hopefully he bowls well and gets us the wickets."
