Former cricketer Harbhajan Singh got criticised for his 'Don't know how much cricket they know' remark on Anushka, Athiya
Legendary off-spinner of Indian cricket team Harbhajan Singh sparked controversy with his remarks about Anushka Sharma and Athiya Shetty during the ODI World Cup 2023 final between India and Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, November 19. Harbhajan expressed their doubts about understanding the game while observing Anushka and Athiya engaged in conversation at the stadium during the match.

While commenting, the former cricketer said, “I don’t know if they’re talking about cricket or films; I don’t think they know much about cricket.”
Many of the fans got angry over this as they asked Harbhajan Singh to apologise to both Athiya Shetty and Anushka Sharma. One of the fans wrote on social media platform X, “@harbhajan_singh What do you mean that the ladies understand cricket or not? Please apologise immediately.
