Gurbani Fast Bowler of Vidarbha to Play for Maharshtra; also Ruturaj Gaikwad going to lead the team
For the 2024-25 season of the Ranji Trophy, Seamer Rajneesh Gurbani of Vidarbha has been named in the 28 player probables of Maharashtra. The Maharashtra cricket team is going to be led by top-order batsmen and the captain of Chennai Super Kings, RuturajGaikwad.
KamleshPisal, who is the secretary of the Maharashtra Cricket Association, listed the team through a press release and said, “Gurbani was recommended by head coach Sulakshan Kulkarni to the cricket advisory committee. He has taken NOC from Vidarbha. His contract will be worked out soon.”
Pisal further added that Maharashtra needed a fast bowler. This is not the first time the Maharashtra cricket team has hired the outstation player, as Munaf Patel, Venugopal Rao, SairajBahutule, etc. had dinner Maharashtra cab between 2004 and 2010.
