The youngster of Team India, Yashasvi Jaiswal, saved the day as the side posted 336 for 6 against England in the second Test in Visakhapatnam. Jaiswal and Ravichandran Ashwin were unbeaten at their respective scores of 179 and 5 when Stumps was declared on the opening day. For England, Shoaib Bashir and Rehan Ahmed were the pick of the bowlers with two wickets each, while James Anderson and Tom Hartley scalped one apiece. Earlier, India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bat first.
