Highlights of India vs. England, 2nd Test Day 2
The star pacer of India, Jasprit Bumrah, took six wickets to consolidate the advantage given by Yashasvi Jaiswal’s double hundred as India took a good grip on the second Test against England on the second day in Visakhapatnam on Saturday. After making 396 in their first inning, India bundled out England for 253 in their first inning for a lead of 143 runs. Bumrah led India’s bowling display with a sensational six-for-45. Openers Rohit Sharma (13 batting) and Jaiswal (15 batting) led India to 28 for no loss at stumps, as the home side is now ahead by 171 runs. Jaiswal, earlier, made 209.

• Yashasvi Jaiswal became the third youngest Indian after Sunil Gavaskar and Vinod Kambli to score a double century.
• Jaiswal was dismissed for 209 as India were all out for 396.
• England got off to a strong start, with Zak Crawley scoring 76 off 78.
• However, India pulled things back towards the end of the second session, taking four wickets in it.
• Bumrah took two of those wickets in the form of Joe Root and Ollie Pope in a vicious spell.
• After tea, Bumrah removed Jonny Bairstow with an away-going delivery.
• Kuldeep Yadav got rid of Ben Foakes and Rehan Ahmed.
• Bumrah ended Stokes' threatening innings of 47.
• Bumrah also picked up the last two England wickets to finish with figures of 6/45. England were bowled out for 253.
• India 28/0 at stumps on Day 2, led England by 171 runs.
