Huge Allegation of Senior Pakistan Player: “PCB wants us to fail in the World Cup.”

Pakistan cricket is going through a tough phase with too many controversies all around. While the Indian cricket team is on the verge of getting knocked out of the World Cup, the cricket board back home is dealing with different issues almost every day. At the same time, the former cricketers are up with their opinions, including allegations against PCB for poor management.
Recently, former captain Rashid Latif made a statement that the chief of PCB Zaka Ashraf isn’t responding to Babar Azam’s calls and messages. On Monday, the Pakistan captain’s WhatsApp chat got leaked and was aired on national television. Later in the day, chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq stepped down from his post following Pakistan’s recent performance in the tournament, putting him under the scanner.
In the middle of the ongoing commotion, a senior Pakistani cricketer has made some serious revelations. Speaking with Cricbuzz on condition of anonymity, the player said the PCB doesn’t want the team to win the World Cup.
He said, “The board wants the team to fail; they don’t want us to win the World Cup just so that they can make the changes and take control of who leads the team and who gets into the team.”
