Huge claim of Robin Uthappa on GT skipper Shubman Gill
Shubman Gill has the potential to lead the Indian team in the near future, former Indian batter Robin Uthappa said on Sunday after Gill’s 35 run innings helped Gujarat Titans beat Punjab Kings in a low-scoring affair at the Mullanpur Cricket Stadium.
In the end, GT crossed the finish line in Mullanpur thanks to a critical 35 from Gill. Since taking over as Gujarat’s captain prior to the start of the season, Gill has led the team to four victories.
