In T20 history, Babar Azam has become the fastest player to complete 10,000 runs

The batsman of the Karachi Kings, Babar Azam, set his name in the annals of cricket history by becoming the fastest player to reach 10,000 runs in T20 cricket. His remarkable achievement marks him as the second Pakistani to attain this milestone, solidifying his status as one of the game's premier talents.
The second Pakistani batter to do so is Shoaib Malik, his opponent in today's match. Babar became the fastest batter in the world to reach the milestone with his amazing feat during the sixth match of the Pakistan Super League’s ninth edition played between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings.
The record holder for the most runs in the shortest format of the game is none other than West Indian icon Chris Gayle, followed by Malik.
Two Indian batsmen, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, are also included on the list, while other top players include Warner, Hales, and Pollard. Overall, Babar Azam is now the 13th cricket player in history to accomplish this achievement.
