India Cricketer Prasidh Krishna takes two in two, sends back Australia Test hopefuls for golden ducks
Prasidh Krishna was in sensational form for India A, dismissing both Marcus Harris and Cameron Bancroft in consecutive deliveries during the second unofficial Test against Australia A. After taking 4 wickets for 50 runs in the first innings, Krishna struck early in the second, removing Harris and Bancroft in his very first over. Harris, who had scored 74 runs in the first leg, was dismissed for a duck as he edged a delivery to keeper DhruvJurel. Bancroft followed suit, also falling for a golden duck when an over-the-wicket delivery beat his inside edge and struck him on the pads.
Earlier in the match, DhruvJurel showcased his batting prowess with a solid fifty, further solidifying his chances of being selected as a specialist batter for the upcoming Test series. Despite Krishna's impressive bowling, Australia A ultimately won the match by six wickets, successfully chasing down the target. Krishna finished with figures of 2 for 37 in his 12 overs. This match marked another setback for India A, who had also lost the first Test against their Australian counterparts.
