The talented young fast bowler of India, Mayank Yadav, impressed everywhere, and during his debut season of the Indian Premier League for the Lucknow SuperJoints, he was on the road of recovery after a side strain injury cut his campaign short. While fans are eager to see him on the national team, selectors are prioritizing a measured approach to ensure his long-term success.
The 22-year-old right I am a fast bowler, and cricket fans were excited with his super speed, consistently clocking speeds over 150 kmph. He bagged seven wickets in just four matches for his IPL franchise, showcasing impressive control with an economy rate of 6.99.
However, a side strain sidelined him for three weeks, and his comeback match against the Mumbai Indians ended with a diagnosed abdominal tear, ruling him out for the rest of the IPL season.
