Nicholas Pooran (West Indies) was the highest run-scorer in T20s for the year, while Babar Azam (Pakistan) also made the XI. All-rounders Sikandar Raza (Zimbabwe), Hardik Pandya (India), and Rashid Khan (Afghanistan) round out the squad. Wanindu Hasaranga (Sri Lanka) was selected as the second spinner.
