The former captain of Team India is expected to join the Lucknow Super Giants as a mentor ahead of the Indian Premier League 2024 season.
The head of the National Cricket Academy, VVS Laxman, is the frontrunner to take over the coaching job. Laxman, who is currently coaching the Indian team in Dravid's absence, could take over on a full-time basis after the India vs. Australia T20I series.
