Disney Star, which holds the broadcast rights for both the IPL and the India-Australia Test series, is eager to avoid a direct clash between these major events. Fortunately, the time difference between India and Australia may allow the auction, if held in the afternoon (IST), to avoid overlapping with the match broadcast.
