Mohammed Rizwan slams the maiden ton in India in the warm-up match before the ODI World Cup 2023

Accompanying his captain, middle-order batsman of Pakistan Mohammed Rizwan, slammed a century in the World Cup warmup match between Pakistan and New Zealand. Half a century from Babar and a century from Rizwan will surely make the Pakistani fans happy as the Men in Green continue their preparations for the ICC World Cup 2023.
Batting with a strike rate of 109, Rizwan reached the three-digit mark in style by slamming a wonderful boundary. Rizwan and Babar carried the Pakistani charge as they took the Kiwi bowlers for a toss. The fiery knock of Rizwan consisted of nine fours and two sixes as he helped the Men in Green amass 345 runs on the board after the end of the stipulated 50 overs.
Like Babar's first fifty on Indian soil, this too is Mohammed Rizwan’s maiden century on Indian soil. The Pakistan Cricket Team is back in India after a span of 7 years. The Pakistan Cricket Team got off to a rather poor start when Imam ul Haq and Abdullah Shafique were dismissed cheaply. On came Babar Azam and Mohammed Rizwan, and they switched gears immediately. The duo went on to unleash their rampage and help their side put up a big score on the board.
After his innings, Rizwan said, “Indian people have shown lots of love at the airport; it’s just like our fans love us back in Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar.”
