On his 52nd birthday, wishes pour in for ex-Indian Captain Sourav Ganguly

Formal cricketers of Indian Cricket Team Manoj Tiwari and Munaf Patel extended their wishes to the former captain of team India Saurav Ganguly on his 52nd birthday. Ganguly, who was regarded as the ‘God of Off-side’ by former teammate Rahul Dravid, made many spectacular contributions in the field of cricket and continues to do so as the director of Indian Premier League franchise Delhi Capitals’. Tiwary wrote on X, “You are, you were, and you will always be an inspiration. I love you, Dada, and wish you a very happy birthday.”
While extending his wishes, Patel heaped praise on Ganguly for his role in the development of Indian cricket.
“A big hand from this guy in the development of the Indian Cricket Team, where we are today. A very #HAPPYBIRTHDAY legend, @Sganguly99. Wishing you a healthy life ahead, Dada,” Patel wrote on X.
Sourav Ganguly has also led Kolkata Knight Riders during his time in the Indian Premier League. The IPL franchise wished their former captain and captioned their post on X, “Maharaja. Dada. The Prince of Kolkata. Happy Birthday, Sourav Ganguly.”
