Post India's Win Over England, Kuldeep Stumps Reporter With Bold Comment

The Indian cricket team all but secured their semi-finals ticket with an amazing victory of 100 runs over defending champions England in the Cricket World Cup 2023 match on Sunday. While fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami did the bulk of the damage with the new ball, Kuldeep Yadav also joined the party with two important wickets. When asked about the importance of India's victory over England in the high-profile clash, the left-arm spinner admitted that "it wasn't that tough" for the Indian team.
At the post-match press conference, Kuldeep Yadav was asked by a reporter if beating England signals a change of guard in the format. His response was as confident as his performance on the day.
The reporter asked, “Did the match—beating the defending champions so convincingly—feel like a changing of the guard moment where it changes around for you?”
To this, Kuldeep Yadav said, “I mean, to be very honest, it was good to win, beating the defending champion. They haven't had a great tournament so far. So it wasn't that tough; they restricted us for like 230.”
