Rashid Latif says, “Removing ShaheenAfridi from the captaincy has created problems within the team”

Former captain of Pakistan cricket team Rashid Latif has voiced his worries that internal problems have arisen within the team as a result of the removal of ShaheenAfridi from the T20I captaincy. His comments come in the aftermath of Ireland defeating Babar Azam’s team in the IRE vs. PAK 1st T20I at Dublin’s Clontarf Cricket Club.
He said on his YouTube channel, “The bowling has been letting Pakistan down since the tour of New Zealand. Since removing ShaheenAfridi from the captaincy, problems could be seen.”
He further added, “ShaheenAfridi was removed wrongly from the captaincy, and when Babar was reappointed, he showed his weakness. Whoever has handed him the captaincy will definitely use him. The team would be from outside, players would be selected by somebody else, and every other decision would be taken by someone else; nothing will change in Pakistan here.”
