Former captain of Indian cricket team Mahendra Singh Dhoni recently made headlines after he filed a criminal complaint against his former business partners in a sports firm. His lawyer, Dayanand Singh, stated that the partners defrauded him of more than Rs 15 crore by not signing a contract. The complaint was filed against MihirDiwakar and SoumyaVishwas of Aarka Sports and Management Limited in Ranchi Court regarding a 2017 business deal. Diwakar had reportedly signed a deal with Dhoni in 2017 to open a cricket academy in India and abroad in the name of cricket. But he allegedly did not stick to the conditions mentioned in the agreement, as per the complaint.
