Series equal at 1-1 as SA defeats IND by 8 wickets behind Tony de Zorzi's maiden ODI century

Along with partner Reeza Hendricks, who amassed a fifty of his own, opener Tony de Zorzi achieved his first-ever fifty-over century in an ODI as South Africa defeated India by eight wickets to level the series at one before playing the series final match at Paarl.India was defeated on Tuesday at St George's Park in Gqeberha. Earlier, KL Rahul and Sai Sudharsan both made significant half century before losing out quickly. Lizaad Williams caught Sudharsan, while Nandre Burger picked Rahul for his third of the game.Earlier in the game, Burger shocked India by catching Ruturaj Gaikwad for four runs. When Tilak Varma attempted to pull him, the spinner would grab his second wicket of the day by diving to the deep end to be picked up by Beuran Hendricks. Hendricks would return to haunt India once more, this time selecting Arshdeep Singh and Sanju Samson for his brace. Meanwhile, Rinku Singh, making his debut, and Kuldeep Yadav were dismissed by Keshav Maharaj, who claimed two wickets.
