Shikhar Dhawan mocks the standard of the Pakistan cricket team in the warm-up match for the 2023 World Cup

It is evident from the activity of Shikhar Dhawan, who has not been included in the ODI World Cup squad of Team India, that he is following the tournament very closely. He took to X and shared a clip of the fielding effort by Pakistan against Australia from their final warm-up game in Hyderabad.
The incident in question involves a funny fielding blunder from Pakistan players Mohammad Wasim and Mohammad Nawaz, one that even left Shaheen Afridi in a smile.
Pakistan, under interim captain Shadab Khan, took the field against Australia in Hyderabad for their final World Cup 2023 warm-up fixture. During the 23rd over of the Australian innings upfront, Marnus Labuschagne flicked Haris Rauf towards his leg side.
Pakistani fielders Mohammad Wasim and Mohammad Nawaz, in their attempt to stop the ball while approaching it from opposite ends, nearly collided with each other instead. The two fielders soon realized that the ball had eventually hit the ropes to give Labuschagne another boundary in his inning. Seeing the incident first hand, even their teammate Shaheen Afridi could not hold back his laughter.
Meanwhile, Indian senior batsman Shikhar Dhawan took to X and shared the clip of the hilarious moment, mocking Pakistan’s fielding in his caption as he wrote, "Pakistan and fielding are a never-ending love story.”
