Team India’s new ODI jersey unveiled by Jay Shah, Harmanpreet Kaur

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) surprised fans by unveiling a new jersey for both the men’s and women’s teams, specifically for One-Day Internationals (ODIs). On November 29, BCCI secretary Jay Shah and women’s team captain Harmanpreet Kaur presented the fresh design at the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai.

Harmanpreet expressed her excitement, stating, “It’s an honor to unveil the jersey today. I’m really happy that we are the first ones to wear this against the West Indies. It looks really beautiful.” The new jersey is set to debut in the upcoming ODI series against the West Indies, starting on December 22 in Baroda.

This new look combines style with tradition, aiming to inspire the Indian teams as they strive for continued success on the international stage. With this initiative, the BCCI hopes to engage fans further and enhance the visibility of women’s cricket in India. The unveiling marks a significant moment for both teams as they prepare for their respective challenges ahead.
