Ahead of the match between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, extra precautions are being taken to keep pitch invaders away. MI will take on RCB in match number 25 of IPL 2024 on Thursday. Ahead of the game, pictures of nails being drilled atop the fences in the stands have emerged on social media.
Mumbai and Bangalore have played each other 32 times before. While MI have won 19 matches, RCB has won on 13 occasions.
Virat Kohli is the leading run-scorer between MI vs RCB IPL matches with 695 runs. The second and third spot is taken by AB de Villiers and Kieron Pollard respectively. Both Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru area going to face each other on Thursday i.e. 11th of April. As of now both of the franchises have won only one match out of the total number of matches they have played in IPL season 2024.
