Watch: Ahead of India vs England ODIs, Rohit Sharma & Hardik Pandya practice together in Mumbai

Preparations for upcoming matches are in full swing as Indian cricket captains Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya were spotted practicing at Reliance Corporate Park in Navi Mumbai on January 16. Although they were in separate nets, both stars, who represent the India cricket team and the Mumbai Indians, were seen together in the same frame.

Watch it here.

Rohit Sharma is expected to play for Mumbai in their opening Ranji Trophy match against Jammu and Kashmir. However, during his practice session, he was observed batting with a white ball, indicating that he is focusing on the upcoming ODI series against England and the ICC Champions Trophy rather than the Ranji Trophy.

While Rohit was honing his batting skills, Hardik Pandya was busy working on his bowling. Unlike Rohit, who has retired from T20 internationals, Hardik is set to participate in a five-match T20I series against England starting next week. He is expected to join Team India in Kolkata for their training camp on January 18. Both players will be crucial for India in the ODI series and the Champions Trophy, with Hardik managing a heavier workload as he transitions from T20s to ODIs.
