The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League is just around the corner, and star batter Rinku Singh of the Kolkata Knight Riders has started with his preparations. He grabbed everyone's attention after smashing five sixes in an over by Yash Dayal against the Gujarat Titans. He went on to give many match-winning performances for KKR, which eventually paved his way into the Indian team. Rinku made his T20I debut against Ireland and has played 15 games so far.
Due to his extraordinary style of cricket and humble nature, Rinku has gained huge popularity. Recently, KKR posted a video on their Instagram, showing many fans jumping and excitedly meeting Rinku during his practice session.

In the video, many young fans were seen clicking photographs and taking autographs on the neck and forehead of the 26-year-old batter.
In IPL 2023, Rinku played 14 matches and scored 474 runs at a strike rate of 149.53. His tally also includes four half-centuries.
