Watch: New team India jersey displayed by Rohit Sharma and BCCI secretary Jay Shah
The captain of Indian cricket team Rohit Sharma and secretary of BCCI Jay Shah were present at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad to display the new team India jersey. The jersey will be worn by the Indian players during next month's T20 World Cup in 2024.

The new jersey was officially launched by Adidas on May 6, and from May 7, it was made available for purchase across the Adidas stores. Adidas presented the new jersey with the tagline "One jersey, one nation."
The 2024 edition of the ICC T20 World Cup will be co-hosted by the USA and the West Indies and get underway on June 1. India will begin their campaign at the T20 World Cup with a match against Ireland. India will face arch-rival Pakistan on June 9.
India, Pakistan, Ireland, the USA, and Canada are pooled together in Group A of the T20 World Cup.
